Is installation complicated?
Not at all! The machine comes pre-configured. Just unpack it, connect it to WiFi via the mobile app (3 minutes), and it's ready to go.
What are the network requirements?
Standard home WiFi (2.4GHz or 5GHz), minimum speed 2 Mbps. Compatible with all Internet boxes.
What types of coffee can I use?
Whole beans only (no ground coffee to preserve freshness). Compatible with all types of coffee: Arabica, Robusta, blends, single origin, decaffeinated. The ceramic grinder automatically adjusts to the hardness of the beans.
How many coffees can she make per day?
Up to 50 coffees a day with no problem. The 2.5L water tank allows for 15-20 espressos, and the 500g bean container allows for around 50 coffees. All components are designed for intensive use in a family home or small office.
Compatible with which home automation systems?
Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, and soon Matter. Integration possible with most home automation systems via open API. Voice control in French, English, Spanish, Italian, and German.
